Article II
AUTHORITY TO OPERATE

Section 3. All private higher education institutions (PHEIs) intending to offer the Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management (BSTM)/ Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management BSHM)/ Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management (BSHRM) /or Bachelor of Science in Travel Management (BSTrM) or other bachelors degree related to these fields shall first secure proper authority from the Commission in accordance with existing rules and regulations. State universities and colleges (SUCs), and local colleges and universities shall likewise strictly adhere to the provisions of this set of Policies and Standards.
